With speakers: Dr. Lesley David and Dr. John Zarb.
Implant dentistry has significantly evolved over the years, both surgically and restoratively. Some of these changes have been technological advances to ensure greater planning and precision with implant care. Despite these positive changes, significant numbers of implants are lost or compromised yearly due to peri-implantitis. This webinar will discuss the diagnosis and management of peri-implantitis and will review the potential causes. In addition, the speakers will provide insights on how to prevent peri-implantitis as best possible and when to give up on an implant.
