| What is included in my registration fee?
|Checking in on-site
(Registration & Badge Pick-up begins each morning from 8:00 – 9:00am)
Upon arrival, all attendees must check-in and pick up their badge and handout package at the registration desk. Badges will not be mailed out prior to the symposium.
Important Note: In order to verify attendance, attendees must scan their badges when they arrive each morning and again in the afternoon (after lunch) when entering the lecture room. A 15 minute grace period after the start of the first AM and PM sessions will be in effect. If you arrive after the 15 minute grace period, you will not be able to earn CE points.
Please note that you must attend the full day in its entirety (morning and afternoon) to claim CE points. Attendees cannot claim CE points for attending half day of the symposium. If you do not scan in twice during each day of the symposium, we will not be able to verify your attendance at the symposium.
|New Dentist Symposium Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing up to 15 days prior to the event date (October 12th) will receive a refund – minus a $50 administration fee. If you cancel less than 15 days or do not cancel prior to the event date, the entire fee is non-refundable.
|Onsite Photographer and Videographer
Please note that the ODA engages an onsite photographer and a videographer to take shots and videotape the event, including the public areas and the Exhibits Floor for promotional purposes. Photos and video coverage are repurposed into the collateral materials for the event and on to the website. If you do not wish to be in the picture or on camera, please notify the photographer or the videographer.
