Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled dental associate to join our family-centered dental practice. Our office is committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment where patients of all ages feel comfortable and cared for. As a dental associate, you will play a vital role in helping us uphold this commitment and deliver top-notch dental services to our community.
This position offers a minimum of 2-3 days per week with a consistent schedule.
Expected start date: July 22, 2025
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive dental treatment for patients of all ages, including routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic procedures.
– Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs and oral health goals, ensuring clear communication and understanding with patients and their families.
– Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care practices to promote long-term oral health.
– Collaborate closely with our team of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff, to deliver seamless and efficient patient care.
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of patient confidentiality and record-keeping.
– Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in dentistry through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
– Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the office, building strong relationships with patients and colleagues based on trust, respect, and empathy.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
– Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
– Current registration and in good standing with the RCDSO.
– Experience in general dentistry procedures.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
– Strong clinical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality dental care.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive office culture.
– Dedication to professional growth, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest dental practices and technologies.
