Pay: 300,000-600,000

We’re looking for a Full-Time Primary Dental Associate to join our dynamic and established team in Thunder Bay, ON. Our well-established, newly renovated dental office provides the perfect setting for you to deliver exceptional care, and good patient base.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care as the primary associate dentist in the practice, including exams, fillings, crowns, endodontics, oral surgery, and other restorative and preventive treatments.
- Maintain a positive, caring, and professional relationship with patients and their families.
- Stay current with the latest dental procedures and technologies.
- Lead a team of dental assistants and hygienists to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active license to practice dentistry in Canada.
- Previous experience as a general dentist preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
