The team at Altima Kingston Dental Centre in Kingston, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist (General Practitioner) on a part-time basis.
The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.
Altima Kingston Dental Centre is located in the heart of Kingston, ON. The city is home to Queens University and has a big city feel with all the amenities available to its residents. Lake Ontario and the downtown waterfront are a short drive from the clinic to enjoy all that Kingston has to offer in the Winter and Summer seasons.

Compensation:
Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration % depending on experience
Schedule:
16-24+ hours per week

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Registered or in processing of registering with the:
- Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- CDA and ODA membership (for CDAnet Electronic Claims)
- Invisalign trained or interest in becoming certified in Invisalign
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
- 1+ year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
